Acer Swift 3, Acer Swift 5 has been launched with 11th-Generation Intel Core Processor in North America. Acer revealed a single variant in swift 5 while swift 3 comes in two variants with different display sizes. Both of the swift series laptops run on preloaded Windows 10 out of the box
Acer Swift 5 Specifications
Acer Swift 5 features a 14-inch full-HD (1080 × 2040 pixels) touchscreen display with a layer of antimicrobial Corning Gorilla Glass. The display also has 100 percent coverage of the sRGB color gamut, peak brightness of 340 nits, and a 90 percent screen to body ratio. Under the hood, it is powered by 11th-generation Intel Core i5 and Intel Core i7 processors, Intel Iris Xe graphics, and paired up to 16GB of LPDDR4X RAM.
The company claims that its battery lasts for up to 17 hours on a single charge that offers four hours of usage from a 30-minute charge. In terms of design, the laptop has a magnesium-lithium and magnesium-aluminium chassis that provides it with a premium look.
Acer Swift 3 specifications
Acer Swift 3 comes in two variants SF313-53 and SF314-59. Acer Swift 3 (SF313-53) features a 13.5-inch HD+ display (2,256×1,504 pixels) resolution with 3:2 aspect ratio. The display has a peak brightness of 400 nits and covers 100 per cent of the sRGB colour gamut while the Acer Swift 3 (SF314-59) comes with a full-HD 14-inch display and an 82.73per cent screen to body ratio. It weighs just 1.2kg with a thickness of 15.95mm.
Both the variant are powered by 11th-generation Intel Core i7 and Core i5 processors with up to 16GB of LPDDR4X RAM. The company claims that both variants can provide a battery up to 18 hours on a single charge. The aluminium and magnesium-aluminium design give both models a decent look.
Acer Swift 3, Acer Swift 5 Price
The Acer Swift 5 (SF514-55) priced at $999.99 (around Rs. 73,400). The Acer Swift 3 (SF313-53) with a 13.5-inch display carries a price tag of $ 799.99 (around Rs. 58,700), while the Acer Swift 3 (SF314-59) with a 14-inch display costs $699.99 (around Rs. 51,400). All three models will be going live on sale in North America in November.
