LML, one of the leading names in the Indian two-wheeler market, is soon to come out with its first electric scooter. Although the launch date has not been announced, it is said that the company will launch a high-tech electric scooty named Star this year. Its design was patented by LML last year. This time LML Star has received CMVR (Central Motor Vehicle Rules) certification from Govt.

That certification ensures that LML Star will meet India's stringent quality and safety standards. Apart from the attractive design, the big attraction of the model will be the range. It is said to be able to run 203 km on a full charge. Peak power output will be 5.87 kW. Can run at a maximum speed of 90 km per hour.
The scooter is expected to become a viable option for buyers looking for an eco-friendly alternative to petrol-powered two-wheelers, without compromising on performance.
