Royal Enfield is all set to launch an all-new 450cc motorcycle to hit the Indian market next month. The combination of elegance and luxury has already created a wave of excitement among the buyers. The Royal Enfield Gorilla 450 model will be launched on July 17. The teaser of the motorcycle has been released on social media. Siddharth Lal, the leader of the organization, has published a picture of himself riding this bike. Now it is heard that Guerrilla is coming as the company's cheapest 450 cc bike.
Gorilla will be Royal Enfield's cheapest 450cc bike
Inside the organization, the Gorilla 450 is codenamed K1F. This is going to be the company's second 450cc bike after the Himalayan 450. The Gorilla 450 will be positioned below the Himalayan 450 in the company's portfolio. According to an auto portal report, this will be Enfield's cheapest 450cc bike.
Incidentally, apart from this, Royal Enfield has plans to launch some more 450 cc motorcycles in the near future. These are the Scrambler 450 (codename K1K), Cafe Racer 450 (codename K1E) and Power Cruiser 450 (codename K1D). Another variant of the Himalayan will be launched next year. This is the K1X Himalayan Raid.
The company is hopeful that the upcoming Gorilla bike will gain popularity among a large number of buyers due to its suitability for urban roads. Prices can start from Rs 2.3 lakh (ex-showroom). Again, there is a strong possibility of launching at an introductory price of Tk 2.29 lakh. Because the rival Triumph Speed 400 is currently priced at Tk 2.33 lakh (ex-showroom).
