The official teaser of Motorola Edge 50 Ultra phone came out
In a teaser, Motorola revealed that the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra will sport a wooden back finish in India. Notably, with the Edge 50 series the company has reintroduced their popular wooden back panel. These rear shells are made from real wood and have a mild woody fragrance added to them. The specifications of the Indian version of the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra phone are expected to be similar to the global variant.
Motorola Edge 50 Ultra: Specifications
Motorola has already launched the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra in Europe. It has a 6.67-inch curved Poled (POLED) display with a resolution of 2,712 x 1,220 pixels, 144 Hz refresh rate and 2,500 nits peak brightness. The display supports HDR10+ and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. It also has an in-built fingerprint sensor.
The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8S Gen 3 processor, coupled with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The phone runs on Android 14 based Hello UI custom skin.
For photography, the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra phone's camera setup includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 64-megapixel telephoto camera with 3x zoom. For power backup, the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra phone has a 4,500mAh battery, which supports 125W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
