Interestingly, while being based on the platform of the Himalayan 450, the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 will have a completely different fuel tank, seat and mudguard. It even gets a full-size separate suspension. The front will feature conventional telescopic forks with fork gaiters. To keep the price affordable, it is assumed that it will not offer a full color TFT screen like the Himalayan.
The Royal Enfield Gorilla 450's 452 cc, liquid cooled, single cylinder engine will produce a maximum power of 39.47 bhp at 8,000 rpm and 40 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm. A 6-speed gearbox is available to support the engine. Estimates, the bike will be priced between Tk 2.4 lakh to Tk 2.5 lakh (ex-showroom). Royal Enfield Gorilla will compete with Triumph Speed ​​400 and Harley-Davidson X440 in the Indian market.
