Ather Rizta
Ether Energy is launching the much talked about electric family scooter Rizta next month. April 6, 2024 is slated as the launch date. Community day of the organization will be celebrated on that day. The seat of the scooter is claimed by the company to be the largest in the segment. The company has already started taking advance bookings.
The new Ampere e-scooter
Ampere, the electric scooter manufacturing arm of Greaves Electric Mobility, has successfully completed a journey from Kashmir to Kanyakumari on their new electric scooter. This is a record at the national level. The upcoming model is believed to be the production version of the NXG Concept. which was unveiled at the 2023 Auto Expo. It will be more technologically advanced. The exact date of the launch has not yet been announced by the company.
New Ultraviolette Announcement
Ultraviolet Automotive has released the invitation letter mentioning the date 24th April, 2024. The company is expected to launch a new variant of its high-performance F77 electric bike on that day. Currently this is the only model sold by the company. Hence new models may be introduced to expand the lineup. Earlier, however, the company had introduced the F77 Space Edition in limited numbers.
BMW R 1300 GS
The BMW R 1300 GS debuted in the international market last year. This adventure tourer bike has started preparing to run on the roads of India. The new model is set to replace the R 1250 GS sold in the country. It will come with massive upgrades in technology and features. Notable features include a 1,300 cc boxer engine, new matrix LED headlights and a new frame with die-cast aluminum sub-frame. 12 kg weight has been reduced from earlier. The bike is likely to be priced around Rs 20 lakh.
