Have you ever thought how a 15 speaker sound system car will look like? The GLC is one of Mercedes-Benz’s best-selling cars worldwide, with more than 2.6 million units sold since global sales began in 2016. The Mercedes GLC comes with a sporty exterior style and feature-packed cabin, offering the same level of luxury that the German brand is known for. The GLC is positioned between Mercedes’ GLA and GLE SUVs.
The GLC is now slightly longer and comes with a longer wheelbase. This gives more space in the back seat of the vehicle. Design-wise the SUV gets a sleek LED headlight unit at the front which now merges into the front radiator grille. Below is an underguard that gets a chrome treatment. The 19-inch alloy wheels have been updated. While the character line and wheelarche are almost the same as the previous model. At the rear, the GLC gets a 3D effect tail light design. There is also a similar underguard, which comes with a chrome finish.
The GLC’s cabin is similar to the latest C-Class sedan. It has an 11.9-inch main infotainment screen that is vertical. It now gets the latest telematics offered by Mercedes, which also supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The car has three upholstery colour options and all the seats are generally well-designed with plenty of cushioning and support. In terms of looks, a large panoramic sunroof and ambient lighting are available on top. The GLC also gets a 15-speaker Burmester sound system.

The new GLC continues to be offered with both petrol and diesel engine options. The petrol engine generates a combined power output of 280 hp and a torque of up to 600 Nm. The diesel version produces 220 hp of power with 640 Nm of torque. The Mercedes GLC gets a 9G tronic gearbox for transmission. The petrol version accelerates from 0 to 100 kmph in just 6.2 seconds while the diesel version takes 8 seconds.
