It is known that Redmi will launch the Redmi 12 smartphone in India on August 1. This phone entered the Thai market a few days ago. And now the company is preparing to bring this premium design budget-range device to the market of this country. The marketing name of this color variant of Redmi 12 released in the teaser is Moonstone Silver. It has an attractive color-changing finish that changes between silver, pink and blue shades based on the angle of the light. This design is likely the expected “Crystal Glass” design teased by the brand, which hints at the possible presence of a glass panel on the back panel of the device. According to the official image, the device will have a punch-hole display and a triple-camera setup.

Recently launched in Thailand, the Redmi 12 has a 6.79-inch IPS LCD panel, which supports FullHD+ resolution, 550 nits peak brightness and 90 Hz refresh rate. For security, this phone has a fingerprint scanner embedded in the power button. The device is powered by a MediaTek Helio G88 processor, coupled with a maximum of 8GB of RAM and 256GB of in-built storage. Redmi 12 runs on Android 13 based MIUI 14 user interface, which provides a user-friendly interface and experience.
