As per the report, Samsung Exynos W920 is built on a 5nm fabrication process and extreme ultraviolet lithography technology. The chipset consists of 2 x Cortex-A55 cores and is coupled with the Mali-G68 GPU. If compared to the Exynos 9110, it is 20 per cent faster in terms of CPU and 10 times faster in terms of GPU.

The processor can handle displays of up to 960 x 540 pixels resolution. The chipset is coupled with a Cortex-M55 display processor that can reduce the overall power consumption. With a system-in-package embedded package on package configuration, it incorporates the power management integrated circuit, LPDDR4 and embedded multimedia car in the same package.

It hosts fan-out panel-level packaging (FO-PLP) which can allow OEMs to house large batteries and it can also help to build sleeker smartwatches. For connectivity, Samsung Exynos W920 comes integrated with a Wi-Fi b/g/n, 4G LTE modem, GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System), and Bluetooth 5.0.

Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and Watch 4 Classic is rumoured to come with Samsung Exynos W920 chipset and Wear OS 3.0 which is developed by Google in collaboration with Samsung. However, the watches will be revealed tomorrow in the Galaxy Unpack event.
