ZTE Axon 20 5G will launch on September 1 and the ZTE finally announced it on Twitter. The phone is said to be the world’s first smartphone with an under-display camera, though many OEMs have already prototyped this technology in the past. The twitter post confirms the name of this phone is ZTE Axon 20 5G while no more information about specifications or price has been shared.

The image in the tweet shows the top half of the phone with no notch or punch-hole for the selfie camera. The phone looks almost bezel-less as well. An under-screen display will allow the phone to have a completely uninterrupted full-screen display.
ZTE Axon 20 5G Specifications (Expected)
As per TENAA listing, ZTE Axon 20 5G will feature a 6.92-inch FHD+ resolution (1,080×2,460 pixels) OLED display panel. It is expected to be powered by an octa-core CPU with a frequency of 2.4GHz. It is believed to be paired with 6GB, 8GB, and 12GB of RAM with 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB of storage configurations.
In terms of cameras, the phone may equip with Quad camera setup on the back that will include a 64-Megapixel (primary) camera + 8-megapixel (Ultrawide) lens + 2-Megapixel (macro) sensor +2-Megapixel (Depth) sensor. On the front, the phone will come with a 32-megapixel selfie shooter that might be hidden under the screen and making this device as the first phone which comes with an under-screen camera.
The phone will be pack with a 4,120mAh battery and may run on Android 10 out of the box. In terms of Sensor, the phone will include support of gravity sensor, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, and an in-display fingerprint scanner. the device is said to measure 172.1×77.9×7.9mm and weigh 198 grams. The listing also revealed the two color variants- Cold flame blue and dazzling white.
