Popular Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer Yamaha has been opening specially designed Blue-Square showrooms in India for several years to sell its premium motorcycle-scooters and offer high-quality after-sales services. This time in a press conference, the organization has announced that they have touched the milestone of establishing 200 such premium showrooms across the country.
Yamaha has 200 Blue Square showrooms across the country
In 2019, Yamaha first launched the Blue-Square showroom to sell accessories for its premium range of models. The key to Yamaha’s premium product Aerox 155 in the world of maxi scooters reaches customers only through this blue colored showroom.
Motorcycles currently sold through Blue-Square Outlet are- YZF-R15, R15S V3, MT-15 V2, FZS-Fi V4.0, FZS-Fi V3.0, FZ-Fi V3.0, Yamaha FZ-X. On the other hand the scooter models are – Fascino 125, Ray ZR 125 and Ray ZR Street Rally 125. Currently Yamaha is the only company that offers traction control system in almost every two-wheeler they have.
Yamaha has launched this exclusive Blue-Square outlet in various cities across the country. They plan to launch several international models through these premium showrooms in the near future. Among which are powerful sports bikes and naked motorcycles.
Commenting on the new milestone, Yamaha India Chairman Chihana said, “We are proud of the example Yamaha has set on Indian soil with ‘The Call of the Blue’ campaign. We have successfully launched 200 Blue-Square outlets. We aim to increase the number of such outlets in the future. A plan has been taken to increase the number of such showrooms to 300 before the end of 2023.”
