Xiaomi Slide cover design smartphone patent had been filed. Recently, Some reports coming which hinted that the Chinese company has been working on a smartphone that could have an inward folding mechanism.
Xiaomi is also planning to launch its first-ever foldable smartphone. According to the latest report, The Chinese tech company and its software department have patented another foldable device which design seems to be the combination of Galaxy Z Fold 2 and Mi Mix 3.
As per the Xiaomi Slide cover design smartphone patent, the inward folding screen doesn’t have any waterdrop notch or punch hole. The outer cover screen also lacks them because the front-facing dual-camera and earpiece are hidden below the slider panel that seems to be similar to the Mix Mix 3.
Coming to rear panel, the back of the device is equipped with a quad-camera setup. The power key and volume rockers are located on the right side while, a microphone as well as a SIM card slot placed on the top.
This is not the first time when Xiaomi filed a patent for its foldable device. In past, Some reports revealed that the Chinese company patented the design of one or two foldable devices but unfortunately, none of them have been introduced in the smartphone market yet.
