Xiaomi Redmi 9A has been spotted on the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) with a model number M2006C3LG. Redmi 9a may have a similar waterdrop notch like recently launched Redmi 9. The FCC listing shows that the new Xiaomi smartphone with the model number M2006C3LG runs MIUI 12 and has dual-SIM support, reports technology blog Naxon Tech. The phone is believed to be the Redmi 9A.

Xiaomi Redmi 9A smartphone runs on Android 10 with MIUI 12 operating system. The phone is powered by MediaTek Helio G70 Octa-core (2 GHz, Dual-core, Cortex A75 + 1.7 GHz, Hexa Core, Cortex A55) processor. The Redmi 9A would debut as an upgrade of the Redmi 8A Dual that Xiaomi launched in India earlier this year.
The new Redmi phone would include a single-band, 2.4G Wi-Fi connectivity. There are also references to suggest 4G LTE. In terms of dimensions, one of the images shared online shows that the phone would come with a height of 164.85mm and a width of 77.07mm. Further, it is 175mm diagonally, which suggests an over 6.5-inch display. Another image posted by the blog shows a multi-rear camera setup at the back of the device.

Price and Availability
Redmi 9a is another Smartphone from Xiaomi entry-level series and offcourse the smartphone will be priced very aggressively. Xiaomi Redmi 9a expected to come in three storage variants, 2GB+32GB for 99$ (Rs. 7499 approx), 3GB+32GB for 105$ (Rs. 7999 approx) and 3GB+64Gb 112$ (Rs. 8499 approx) .
However, Xiaomi hasn’t revealed any of its plans to bring the said Redmi model. But according to rumors Redmi 9a will launch in mid of July and is the rumored specifications are correct then this smartphone will be value for money.
