Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 was revealed in Japan today while the tablet is already unveiled in China, Indonesia, and Europe a few weeks ago. The new Xiaomi tab comes with a Qualcomm octa-core chipset, 120Hz fast refresh rate large display, stylus support, big battery, fast charging, and more.
Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 Specifications
Mi Pad 5 features 11 inches WQHD+ display with a 120Hz fast refresh rate, 275 PPI screen density, 1500:1 contrast ratio, and anti-blue light. Under the hood, the Pad 5 is powered with a Snapdragon 860 octa-core processor that comes coupled with an Adreno 640 GPU. It is accompanied by 6GB RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage.
In terms of camera, the tablet boasts a solo 13-megapixel rear camera along with an LED flash. For selfies, the device sports an 8-megapixel front-facing camera under the bezels which are not so thick and not so thin but good to prevent mistouches while holding the tablet.
The Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 is backed by an 8720mah battery which is touted to provide 5 days of continuous audio playback and supports 33W fast charging. The device is running on Android 11 with MIUI 12.5 on top. Additionally, the tablet comes with Xiaomi Smart Pen support, and Quad stereo speakers.

The tablet comes in two color options namely Cosmic Purple and Pearl White. Xiaomi Smart Pen can be purchased separately at a price of ¥11,800. It can be purchased from mi official website and authorized offline stores in Japan.
