Xiaomi 8K TV is all set to launch on 28 September in India. It is rumored to come with an integrated 5G modem to provide an uninterrupted 8K streaming experience.

The Chinese Tech company is ready to unveil its first 8K TV on September 29. The company has teased the launch date of its upcoming 8K TV on its official Weibo account. Moreover, a well-known tipster named Digital chat station revealed that Mi 8k TV will come with an integrated 5G modem. The tipster also hinted that it will be super expensive but will be cheaper than the company’s 49,999 yuan ($7,331) transparent TV which was debuted in August.


Earlier, the 8K smart TV has also spotted on 3C certification which revealed some of its key specifications. As per the listing, the model number of the upcoming Mi TV will be L28M6-8K and features a 82-inches (7680 x 4320 pixels) 8K resolution display. Moreover, It is also listed on the Chinese certification bureau with a power rating of 100-240V~, 50/60Hz, 700W.


Recently, Mi TV LUX Transparent Editions has been launched with a 55-inch transparent OLED panel and 5.7 mm thickness. the company also claimed that its premium Mi TV offers a static contrast ratio of 150000:1, infinite dynamic contrast ratio, and rich blacks. The 10-bit FHD (1920 x 1080 pixels) panel is said to support 93% of the DCI-P3 color gamut, 1.07 billion colors, 120Hz refresh rate, and MEMC technology.
