WhatsApp's initiative to save friendship, the company will suggest a name if you don't talk for a long time

WhatsApp has a lot to offer when it comes to coming up with innovative features. The company is going to launch a new feature for Android and iOS users very soon. This upcoming feature will suggest people you haven't chatted with for a long time on WhatsApp. In fact, in today's busy life, old friends or relatives are confined to mobile contact lists only. Finding time to meet them is a far cry, not even a few minutes of talking. However, if the Meta-owned instant messaging app rolls out this new feature, this problem may be solved.

According to a latest report by WA Beta Info, the 'Suggest Contact to Chat' feature will be coming soon for both Android and iPhone users. A screenshot was also shared with the report. Whereas, this new feature appears to have been rolled out to select beta testers.

As per the screenshot, this feature will be located at the very bottom of the chat list. The upcoming feature will allow users to easily access new chatting windows without interrupting their ongoing chats. And those who are not interested in starting new 'suggested chats' can easily turn off this dedicated section at the bottom of the chat list.

Please note that the Suggest Contact for Chat feature is currently accessible to a small number of beta testers who have installed the latest version of WhatsApp Beta from the TestFlight app. It is believed that the stable version of this feature will be officially rolled out in the next few weeks.

WhatsApp rollouts Passkey Feature

The portal always provides reliable updates about WhatsApp. But since this feature has not been officially announced yet, we cannot be sure about it right now.
