Among the world's most popular social media platforms, there are many apps in the Meta family such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc. The company has already made several changes to connect these apps. Now again this change can be noticed in WhatsApp too. In fact, work is underway to integrate this messaging app with Instagram.
As we know, new features of WhatsApp are tested in beta version before being rolled out to all users. Now a feature has been found in the Android beta version, where users can share their WhatsApp status on Instagram. This feature is already seen in the iOS version. Earlier the option to cross post to Facebook and Instagram and Facebook and WhatsApp was given.
Meanwhile, users don't have to repeat the same post because of the facility to share status on both WhatsApp and Instagram. Until now, if a user wanted to share the same status or story on both WhatsApp and Instagram, he had to go to a separate app and share it twice.
WhatsApp or Instagram users will see new options in 'Privacy Settings' after the new feature is rolled out. They will have the opportunity to easily select the viewer. Also, if a user doesn't want to cross-post, he can keep the option disabled as before.
