TVS iQube ST has finally entered the Indian market after being in the limelight for a long time. TVS has priced their most premium and sophisticated electric scooter at Tk 1.55 lakh (ex-showroom). Note that the company announced the iQube ST model two years ago today. It was released in the market after so long. Besides, TVS has also launched the cheapest model of iQube in the market. It is priced at Rs 94,999 (ex-showroom).
TVS iQube ST has finally been launched in India
Buyers can buy the TVS iQube ST from the showroom in two battery options – 3.4 kWh and 5.1 kWh (the largest battery used in an e-scooter in India). The first model is priced at Rs 1.55 lakh (ex-showroom). Whereas the second variant will cost customers Rs 1.85 lakh (ex-showroom).
Please note that the TVS iCube ST Premium variant is not covered under the Centre's Electric Mobility Promotion Scheme (EMPS). Customers who book it before July 15, 2022, will get an additional loyalty bonus of Rs 10,000, TVS said.
The TVS iCube ST model is packed with various hi-tech features. Like you will get 7 inch full color TFT touchscreen, more than 118 connected features, voice assist and Alexa skill set, tire pressure monitoring system, 32 liter under seat storage etc. The 3.4 kWh battery version of the scooter has a top speed of 75 km/h. It is claimed to give a range of 100 km on a full charge. Again it will take 2.50 hours to charge from 0-80%.
On the other hand, the TVS iCube ST top line with a 5.1 kWh battery pack is capable of running 150 km on a full charge. The maximum speed is 82 km per hour. Again 0-80% charge will be done in 4.18 hours. Incidentally, both the variants are available in Copper Bronze Matte, Coral Sand Satin, Titanium Gray Matte and Starlight Blue color options.
