The bike is currently sold in six countries including the United States, Africa and Central Asia.
The first launch in Africa was the TVS HLX bike in the 21st. The first 1 lakh sales milestones touched on the 20th. Surprisingly, in the last two years, the company has touched the sale of more than 100,000 units. The bike is also used in a large level of private use motorcycle taxis and delivery services.
Rahul Nayak, Vice President of International Business of TVS Motor Company, said in a statement, “TVS HLX, who reached 1 lakh sales, is a reliable mobility partner, which is supported by sales service, retail parts and trained technicians.
TVS says the bike has been released to adapt to high weights in the market like Africa and with big seats. Multiple features such as LED headlights, disc brakes, semi-digital speedometers, IOC technology, anti-theft alert and advanced suspension have been added.
Under the TVS HLX motorcycle series, multiple bikes of HLX Plus HLX HLX 125 4G, HLX 125 5G, HLX 150, and HLX 150x models are available. The recent additions to the company are the HLX 150 Disc and HLX 150 F, which originally appeared in mind of the delivery and personal uses.
