TVS Motor Company (TVS Motor Company) paid the price of customers' long wait and trust. The company recently announced a loyalty bonus of Rs 10,000 on its newly launched electric scooter, the iQube ST model. This bonus is offered only to those who booked the model before July 15, 2022. Now the question may arise, why is it so late to start the launch and delivery? In this context, the company clarified, the delay in the launch was due to reduction in the amount of subsidies under the Centre's Fame Two scheme after the debut of the scooter.
TVS iQube ST model will get loyalty bonus
TVS said from the launch event in Mumbai that their iQube ST variant has received close to 15,000 bookings in 2022. Interestingly, 70-80% of bookings are still not cancelled. This loyalty bonus is offered to appreciate customers for waiting so long. According to the company, many buyers are showing interest in buying this flagship model of iQube.
The TVS iQube ST has been launched in two variants. One has a 3.4 kWh battery and the other has a 5.1 kWh battery. The two models are priced at Tk 1.56 lakh and Tk 1.86 lakh respectively (ex-showroom). However, the two models will be priced at Rs 1.46 lakh and Rs 1.76 lakh (ex-showroom) for customers who are eligible for royalty bonus.
The 3.4 kWh and 5.1 kWh battery models of the TVS iQube ST have a range of 100 km and 150 km respectively. ST is one of the most feature-rich battery powered scooters in India. Key features include a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment display, Bluetooth connectivity and over 118 connected features. There is also virtual document storage functionality, tire pressure monitoring system, large footboard and 32 liters of under seat storage space.
