TicWatch Pro 3 GPS launched in India with the Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100 SoC and is based on Google’s Wear OS. The TicWatch Pro 3 also supports blood oxygen level tracking and heart rate monitoring. The smartwatch was already unveiled in the US and the UK last month.

As per the report, TicWatch Pro 3 GPS features a 1.4-inch AMOLED “Retina” display with a 454×454 pixel resolution. The display has automatic brightness adjustment and has a unique gesture of wake up with a flick of the wrist. The smartwatch is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100 chipset which is the successor of the Snapdragon Wear 3100 that was launched back in 2018. This watch comes with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of onboard storage as well.
As the name of the smartwatch suggests, it comes with an inbuilt GPS that uses five Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) constellations to give precise workout tracking. The smartwatch comes equipped with a 577mah battery and features Smart Mode and Essential Mode to switch between performance and battery efficiency as per convenience. The watch can provide up to 72 hours of battery life in the smart mode, while the smartwatch is touted to offer up to 45 days of standby time in the essential mode.
For Fitness Tracking, TicWatch Pro 3 GPS comes preloaded with apps such as TicExercise, TicOxygen, TicZen, TicBreath, and TicHearing. The TicExercise includes over 10 workout modes, including cycling, swimming, running, and more. The other apps can be used to track your vitals such as heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, stress levels and can also monitor qualitt sleep patterns. The smartwatch features IP68-rated water and dust-resistance.
For Connectivity, TicWatch Pro 3 GPS includes Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, and NFC ( for contactless payments). In terms of Sensors, the smartwatch includes an accelerometer, gyroscope, barometer, and photoplethysmogram (PPG). The smartwatch can be connected with any Android smartphone with Android 6.0 or above and iPhone models with iOS 12 and above. The watch can provide notification alerts on receiving a call or message if connected with a compatible smartphone. The smartwatch measures 47x48x12.2mm and weigh 41.9 grams and come with a 22mm wrist strap.
