BMW Motorrad has announced the launch of its cheapest sports bike in India in new color options. The G310 RR model has been launched in an attractive color option called Racing Blue Metallic. Blue is used as the primary color in this color scheme. And some parts of the side fairing and body have red, white, and black colors. The price has been kept at Rs 3.05 lakh (ex-showroom).
This sports bike will also be sold in White Shade and Cosmic Black 2 color options with the previous M Sport graphics. Apart from the paint scheme, there are no other changes to the bike. Note that the BMW G310 RR is actually a rebranded version of the TVS Apache RR 310. Both bikes look similar. However, BMW has omitted several features in their version.
Speaking of performance, the G310 RR is powered by a 312cc single cylinder liquid cooled engine. It produces 33.5 bhp of power and 27.3 Nm of torque. A six-speed gearbox, assist, and slipper clutch are available with the powertrain. Hardware includes 17-inch wheels, USD front fork, rear monoshock, disc brakes, etc.
The BMW G310 RR offers high-tech features like full-LED lighting, vertical color TFT display, ride by wire system, dual channel ABS, four riding modes. It has an 11 liter capacity fuel tank. The sports bike weighs 174 kg (carb).
