Tata Curvv: Tata launched an eye-catching SUV to storm the Puja market, Maruti-Hyundai under pressure

After the electric version was launched last month, the Tata Curvv now enters India with petrol and diesel engines. This coupe style SUV will be sold at Rs 9.99 lakh in the Indian market. That's the price of the base gasoline trim. On the other hand, the price of the diesel version starts from Rs 11.49 lakh. This price is introductory. Can be purchased at this price till 31 October. Deliveries of the Tata Curv SUV will begin from September 12.

Tata Curvv Designs and Variants

The design of the Tata Curve petrol and diesel variants is more or less similar to the Curve EV. The front grill with air vents sets it apart from the electric version. However, the coupe SUV look has been retained. As a result, Citroen Basalt and Tata Curve are the only two cars in the segment, which offer such a design. The Tata Curve is available in eight variants namely Smart, Pure+, Pure+ S, Creative, Creative S, Creative+ S, Accomplished S and Accomplished+. There are six color options and three engine variants.

Tata Curvv Interior and Features

The interiors of the Tata Curvv are loaded with features. It has a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, 9-speaker JBL audio system, voice-assisted panoramic sunroof, ambient lighting, auto climate control, powered tailgate with gesture control, wireless charger, and in-built air purifier.

Besides, there are ventilated front seats, six-way power adjustable driver's seat, and 360 degree surround view system. Tata is always the best in safety So the Curve also gets six airbags, tire pressure monitoring system, Isofix, electronic parking brake, and Level 2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System).

Tata Curvv engine and gearbox

The petrol version of the Tata Curve will be available with two engine variants. The first is the 1.2-litre Revotron turbo petrol from the Nexon, which produces 118bhp and 170Nm. On the other hand, there is a new 1.2 liter turbo petrol engine option, which will produce 124 bhp and 225 Nm of torque. Six-speed manual and 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox options will be available. On the other hand, the diesel variant has a 1.5 liter turbo diesel engine, which produces 116 bhp and 260 Nm.
