The 2024 Yamaha Ray ZR Street Rally has been launched in India with a host of new features. The new avatar of this stylish scooter has been priced at Tk 98,130 (ex-showroom). Which is Rs 2,000 more than the current model. It can be chosen in three color options – Cyber Green, Matte Black and Ice Fluo-Vermilion. Bookings are open at all Yamaha showrooms in India.
The Yamaha Ray ZR Street Rally now comes with LED DRLs. It also acts as a safety feature by improving the visibility of the scooter besides helping to detect other vehicles or pedestrians on the road. Yamaha has added one more feature, which will be of great benefit to the riders.
The new Ray ZR Street Rally will offer an answer back feature. With its help, one can easily find one's scooter in a crowded parking lot. The scooter will indicate its position by flashing the turn indicator and beeping sound. For this you have to use the Yamaha Y-Connect app. Also, the Japanese company has added dual-tone seats and refreshed styling elements to the new version.
However, there are no changes in the performance or hardware department. The Yamaha Razr Street Rally will continue to be powered by a 125cc single cylinder engine. It produces 8.2 bhp at 6,500 rpm and 10.3 Nm of torque at 5,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a CVT gearbox.
