Tecno Spark Power 2 Air all set to launch on September 14: report


Tecno Spark Power 2 Air is ready to make its debut in India on September 14. Tecno has announced to launch a lower variant of Spark Power 2 which was debuted in June. It is rumored that the smartphone will have a dedicated Google Assistant key apart from power and volume buttons and may run on HiOS 6.1, based on Android 10 out of the box.

Tecno Spark power 2 Air’s promo page listed on Flipkart which revealed some of its key specifications. According to reports, The smartphone will pack with a huge battery that can last for up to 4 days on a single charge. In terms of camera, Tecno Spark power 2 Air will be equipped with a Quad rear camera setup and a huge 7-inch display with a waterdrop notch design.


Additionally, GSMarena shared a render of the smartphone. According to the GSMarena report, It will be equipped with a massive 6000mah battery smartphone.

The pricing of the smartphone could be lower than the Spark Power 2 which was launched at Rs.9,999. The latest rumors also suggest that the Tecno Spark Power 2 Air will be announced at Rs.9,000.


As mentioned, the company has already launched Tecno Spark Power 2 in back June. It features a 7-inch IPS LCD screen with 720 x 1460 pixels resolution. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by The Helio P22 chipset and coupled with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. Tecno Spark power 2 has a quad-camera setup that includes a 16-megapixel (primary) camera + 5-megapixel (ultrawide) sensor + 2-megapixel (depth) sensor + 2-megapixel (depth) sensor. For selfie, It has a front-facing shooter of 8-megapixel. It packs a 7,000mAh battery and support of 18W fast charging technology.
