TCL SIGNA launched as a new entry-level smartphone from the Verizon Wireless. The new smartphone offers better features than Cricket Wireless’ ALCATEL APPRISE, which was released a few weeks back. The phone is available to buy on the company retail stores in the US.

TCL SIGNA features a 5.5-inch HD+ LCD display with an 18:9 aspect ratio and the display is protected by Asahi Dragontrail glass. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 429 SoC, coupled with Adreno 504 GPU. This chipset was launched in mid-2018 and not as impressive as per the market needs.
In terms of design, the phone is made up of polycarbonate with stipe patterns mimicking fiber carbon. The smartphone has a dedicated Google Assistant button on the left side while volume rockers and power button on the right side. The device runs on Android 10 with Verizon bloatware at the top.
In terms of Camera, TCL SIGNA boasts a single 8-megapixel sensor at the back with LED Flash and a 5-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls. The device comes equipped with a 3000mah battery. For connectivity, the phone includes 4G LTE, dual-band WiFi 5, Bluetooth 4.2, 3.5mm headphone jack, and USB Type-C port. Additionally, the phone comes with a solo bottom-firing speaker and dual-microphones.

TCL SIGNA comes in a single 2GB/16GB option that is priced at $79.99 with the support of a microSD slot the storage can be expanded upto 256GB. The phone is available to purchase in the U.S at the company retail stores. There is no information regarding the international availability of the device.
