Samsung Galaxy S20 FE launched and finally, the leaks showdown from a long time has been put to an end. The new smartphone has followed the same punch-hole style display as the previous S20 and Note 20 models. The Galaxy S20 FE comes in two variants one is a 5G variant and another is a 4G variant with Exynos 990.

Samsung Galaxy S20 FE comes with a 6.5-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) Super AMOLED Infinity-O Display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 20:9 aspect ratio. Samsung has provided a flat display not a curved display this time with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The 4G variant of Galaxy S20 FE is powered by Samsung Exynos 990 SoC while the 5G variant comes with Snapdragon 865 chipset.
In terms of Camera, Samsung Galaxy S20 FE boasts a triple rear camera that includes a 12-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.8, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens with 123-degree field of view (FoV), and an 8-megapixel telephoto lens with f/2.0. At the front, the phone has a 32-megapixel selfie shooter with f/2.0. The primary sensor at the back has the support of optical image stabilization (OIS) and dual-phase detection autofocus. The front-facing camera also has autofocus support.
The device is packed with a 4,500mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging and wireless charging. The phone is IP68 certified which means the S20 FE is dust and waterproof. Galaxy S20 FE measures 159.8×74.5×8.4mm and weighs 190 grams. Samsung has provided the fast UFS 3.1 up to 256GB onboard storage.
For connectivity, The phone includes 5G (optional), 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. In terms of sensors, the device is packed with an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, hall sensor, a proximity sensor, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. The phone has stereo speakers optimized by AKG.
Price
Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is priced at $699 for 8GB + 128GB configuration for the 5G version in the US. In the UK, the 4G version is £599 for 8GB + 128 GB option while the 5G version is £699. Some European countries also get a 256GB version that is €719 for the 4G variant and €819 for the 5G version. The phone comes in six different colors namely Cloud Red, Cloud Orange, Cloud Lavender, Cloud Mint, Cloud Navy and Cloud White.
The phone will go for sale on October 2 in selected countries. The pre orders has been started and there is an offer while pre-ordering the smartphone either you can choose a free Xbox Gamepass bundle (3 months subscription + MOGA XP5 controller) or a Galaxy Fit 2. Samsung has to reveal the Indian pricing and availability of the smarrphone.
