Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Lite spotted with three foldable smartphone designs with inner cameras cutout have been tipped. The South Korean tech giant wants to stay in the competition of foldable devices due to which they have filed a new patent for foldable devices in various sizes and forms.
A well-known publication, Letsgodigital has spotted a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Lite patent filed by Samsung Electronics with the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Office) which hints that the South Korean tech giant is now focusing on a new foldable smartphone that would have inner cameras cut out. According to the publication, Samsung has filed three new foldable devices and all of them have a cutout on the front display which means cameras can be used even when the smartphone is closed.
There is no confirmation about Samsung ever implementing this design in its foldable series or not. Last week, a patent filed by the company’s sister firm Samsung Display was unearthed by the same publication. The patent showcased an outward folding foldable smartphone design with dual folding points similar to the folding phone prototype revealed by Xiaomi in early 2019. The company may also provide a kickstand and sturdy hinges for “Flex Mode” which is already present in Galaxy Z Flip and Galaxy Z Fold2 with this prototype.
However, The South Korean tech giant has not shared any information related to this type of foldable devices. What are your thoughts on Samsung three foldable smartphone designs with inner cameras cutout? Let me know your views in the comments section.
