Samsung Galaxy Fit 2 fitness tracker has been launched with Amoled Display, 15 days battery backup and 5ATM water resistance in India. The smart band also comes with the Hand Wash feature that periodically alerts the user to clean their hands. It comes in two colour options – Black and Scarlet.

Samsung Galaxy Fit 2 fitness tracker features a 1.1-inch AMOLED panel with 450nits of peak brightness. It can track five automatic workouts and carries over 90 workouts presets from the Samsung Health app. The smart band comes with a sleep tracking sensor that tracks the user’s sleep pattern through four stages –Awake, REM, Light, and Deep.

Moreover, It also includes the support of a Stress Tracking sensor that helps the user to check their stress levels and refers to a breathing guide when high-stress levels are detected.

The company provided a front touch button through which the user can easily navigate in the smart band and access simple features such as wake-up, return to home and cancel. The Galaxy fit 2 includes over 70 downloadable watch faces for customization and also allows quick access to the user’s smartphone music player.

For protection, Samsung’s Galaxy Fit 2 arrives with 5ATM water resistance and a Water Lock mode that allows the user to use the smart band even in swimming sessions or any water-based activities. It packs a 159mAh battery that can last up to 15 days in normal usage on a single charge and weighs 21 grams.

Samsung Galaxy Fit 2 carries a price tag of Rs. 3,999 in India. It will be available for purchase on Amazon, Samsung.com, and select offline retail stores starting from October 16.
