It is known that Royal Enfield has started the development of the 750 cc bobber bike after taking feedback from buyers from the North American, European and British markets including India. Development work is underway at a tech center in Leicester, UK. Enfield takes more time to build any bike. The 750 cc bike is expected to hit the market in 2025.
New entrant Royal Enfield faces tougher competition from Harley-Davidson and Triumph in the entry-level midsize motorcycle segment. Harley-Davidson and Hero MotoCorp will jointly launch the new retro bike X440 today. Again Triumph-Bajaj is going to launch Speed 400 and Scrambler 400X in India on July 5.
While Royal Enfield currently sells 350-650 cc bikes, this time the company is eyeing the 750 cc two-wheeler. They have also focused on making all-electric premium products. The 750 cc powertrain is actually a larger version of the 650 cc engine with twin cylinders. This will allow buyers in North America and Europe to upgrade from the 350cc.
