Reliance Jio announced to offer two days free service to its customers. The company is informing customers about this announcement by sending messages. Note that Reliance Jio's network was down for some time last Tuesday. Customers have trouble making calls and using the Internet. After that today the company informed that Mumbai customers will get free service for two days.
The message from Jio said, “Dear Jio customer, we are determined to provide you with excellent service. Unfortunately, on Tuesday morning, you faced problems in getting uninterrupted service. That's why we will give 2 days extra service to your number. You can use this service from now. Endless love to you from Jio.”
But let us know that this facility is available only to customers in Mumbai. However, on Tuesday, Jio's network problems were almost across the country. And this problem is often seen. However, the company has not been seen to offer such additional services at no cost before.
Let it be known that yesterday TRAI published the subscriber data report for the month of July. Whereas Jio has reportedly lost 7 lakh subscribers in the said month. So far the company has been adding millions of new subscribers, but many have left Jio after the recharge plan prices were hiked in July.
Meanwhile, Airtel and Vodafone Idea also lost 16 lakh and 7 lakh customers respectively in July. Only state-run telecom company BSNL got 29 lakh new subscribers that month. Because this company has not increased the price of recharge plan.
