Vodafone Idea plans to launch 5G across the country by March this year. In the initial phase, the company will launch this service in 75 cities across 17 telecom circles. 5G will be rolled out in both industrial and urban areas, where high-speed data is typically used.
Jio and Airtel have already launched 5G services in the country. Both these companies have the largest number of 5G subscribers in the market. Vodafone Idea is finally bringing the fifth generation high speed network even though it is a bit behind in the race. Sources claim that the company's 5G recharge prices may be relatively low.
