Poco M4 Pro 4G was announced in India as the new device from Xiaomi’s subsidiary. The company has already revealed the 5G version of the device in India a few days back. The smartphone comes with a MediaTek octa-core chipset, 90Hz AMOLED display, triple rear camera, big battery, fast charging, liquid cooling technology, and more.

Poco M4 Pro 4G features a triple rear camera setup that includes a 64-megapixel main sensor with f/1.8 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens with a 118-degree Field of View, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. The phone flaunts a 6.43 inches AMOLED display with Full-HD+ ( 1080 x 2400 pixels ) resolution, 90Hz fast refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, DCI-P3 Color Gamut, 1000nits peak brightness, and 409 PPI.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered with a MediaTek Helio G96 octa-core chipset that comes coupled with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It is paired with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM with virtual RAM support and up to 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage that can be extended via a microSD card slot. The phone boasts a 16-megapixel selfie sensor under the punch-hole at the top left corner. In terms of Dimensions, the device measures 159.8 x 73.8 x 8.08 mm and weighs 179.5 grams.
For connectivity, the phone includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, IR blaster, 3.5mm headphone jack, GNSS, and a USB Type-C port. The smartphone is packed with a 5000mah battery and supports 33W fast charging. The device is running on Android 11 with MIUI 13 skin on top. Sensors onboard, the Gadget Ambient Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, E-Compass, Accelerometer, Gyroscope, and side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The company offered the phone in three color options namely POCO Yellow, Cool Blue, and Power Black. The device will go for sale in March at 12 PM via Flipkart. The HDFC credit/debit card users will be able to grab ₹1,000 off during the first sale.
