POCO M3 has been launched with Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC and a 48-Megapixel triple rear camera setup in Europe. It is the successor of POCO M2 which was launched back in September. The device runs on MIUI 12 based on Android 10 out of the box and comes in three color options – Cool Blue, Poco Yellow & Power Black.

POCO M3 features a 6.53-inch 19.5:9 full-HD+ (1,080×2,340 pixels) display with 90.34 percent screen-to-body ratio and waterdrop notch design. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC, Adreno 610 GPU, and coupled with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM. POCO has offered in two storage options – 64GB & 128GB. Plus, Both the storage variant is expandable via microSD card (up to 512GB) through a dedicated slot.
Coming to the optics, It has a triple rear camera setup that includes a 48-megapixel (primary) sensor with an f/1.79 aperture + 2-megapixel (secondary) sensor with an f/2.4 macro aperture + 2-megapixel (depth) sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. On the front, the smartphone has an 8-megapixel front-facing shooter with an aperture of f/2.05.
The smartphone packs a massive 6,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. In terms of connectivity, Poco M3 includes the support of 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. For Sensor, The smartphone has an accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and an Infrared (IR) blaster as well. Moreover, the phone weighs 198 grams.
POCO M3 Price and Availability
The base variant of Poco M3 carries a price tag of $149 (around Rs. 11,000) for the 4GB + 64GB storage variant whereas the 4GB + 128GB storage option costs $169 (around Rs. 12,500). During the Black Friday sale, the smartphone will be available at a $20 discount. The first sale of the smartphone is going to be live on 27th November on AliExpress, Amazon, Alza.ca, eMAG, Lazada, Mi.com, Mi-Home.pl, and X-Kom. However, there is no confirmation when the company will launch POCO M3 in the Indian market.
