POCO C3 launched in India with MediaTek Helio G35: Specifications, Price

POCO C3 has been launched in India at a starting price of Rs.7,499. The smartphone comes with a polycarbonate back, waterdrop notch design, and triple rear camera setup. It is the rebranded version of Redmi 9C which was debuted back in June. POCO C3 runs on MIUI 12 on top of Android 10 out of the box and available in three color options – Arctic Blue, Lime Green, and Matte Black.

POCO C3 features a 6.53 inches 20:9 IPS LCD HD+ (720 x 1600 pixels) resolution display with 81.1% screen-to-body ratio and 269 PPI density. Under the hood, It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G35 SoC, coupled with PowerVR GE8320 GPU, and paired with up to 4GB of RAM + 64GB of storage.

In terms of optics, The smartphone is equipped with a triple rear camera setup that includes a 13-Megapixel (primary) camera with f/2.2 aperture + 2-Megapixel (Depth) sensor with an aperture of f/2.4 + 2-Megapixel (macro) sensor with an aperture of f/2.4. On the front, The smartphone comes with a 5-megapixel selfie shooter with an aperture of f/2.2.

It packs a massive 5000mah battery and standard 10W charging support. For connectivity, It has a dual sim slot, 4G, Wifi, hotspot, GPS, Bluetooth, and more. In terms of sensors, The smartphone includes the support of an accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity, and ambient light sensor. The device measures 164.9 x 77 x 9 mm thickness and 196g of weight.

The base variant of the POCO C3 comes with 3GB of RAM + 32GB of storage that carries a price tag of Rs.7,499 whereas the high-end variant of 4GB of RAM + 64GB of storage costs 8,999. The smartphone is available for purchase on Flipkart from 16th October.
