Oppo Reno6 series has been confirmed to be launch on May 27 in China. It is the successor of the Reno5 series which was launched back in December last year. Oppo Reno6 series phones were already spotted on 3C and TENAA certification sites of China.
OPPO Reno6 series launch date confirmed
Oppo is ready to add couple of devices to its Reno series, The Chinese tech company shared an official teaser which unveiled that the Oppo Reno 6 series will make its debut in China on May 27 at 6 PM. Apart from the launch date. The company did not reveal any other information about the Reno6 series. Similar to the Reno5 series , It is believed that the Reno6 series will include three models – Reno6, Reno6 Pro, and Reno6 Pro+.
In related news, All the three devices are already spotted 3C and TENAA certification sites of China. As per the previous report, The Reno6 (model number PEQM00) will feature a 6.43-inches FHD+ AMOLED panel while the Reno6 pro (model number PEPM00) and Reno 6 Pro+ (model number PENM00) will come with a 6.55-inches FHD+ AMOLED display. All three devices are tipped to feature a punch-hole cutout design on the top left corner, a 90Hz refresh rate, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
Under the hood, The Reno6 will be powered by Dimensity 900 chipset, the Dimensity 1200 SoC could be available in the Pro variant. Lastly, The Pro+ edition might be including the Snapdragon 870 SoC. All the devices are expected to offer users up to 12 GB of RAM, a built-in storage of up to 256 GB, and an Android 11 OS experience.
Coming to the camera, The Reno6 will be equipped with a 64-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel + 2-megapixel quad rear camera setup. The Reno6 Pro might also include 64-megapixel quad rear camera setup and lastly, The Reno6 pro+ will sport a Sony IMX766 50-megapixel + 16-megapixel + 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel quad-camera setup. The devices will be fueled by a 4,500mAh battery and support 65W fast charging.
