After five months, we have entered the sixth month of this year. The year is over and the remaining six months. India’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer Hero MotoCorp is going to bring several new surprises in the next six months. This includes new bikes as well as a touch of innovation for scooter lovers. Today’s report explores the five two-wheeler models to be launched by Hero MotoCorp in 2023.
Hero MotoCorp’s Top 5 Two-Wheelers
Hero Xtreme 160R
The updated version of Hero Extreme 160R is going to debut on June 14. The new model will sport a new digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity along with USD forks at the front. Several things will change in Njin too. For example, it will be powered by a 163 cc single cylinder air cooled four valve engine. Along with five speed manual gear box and new color scheme.
Hero Xoom 125
Hero MotoCorp got a huge response by launching the Zoom 110 last year. To maintain that ratio, the 125 cc avatar of the scooter is coming. The 124.6 cc single cylinder air cooled engine used in the company’s two popular scooters Destini and Maestro Edge 125 will be used in the Zoom 125 model. It can produce a maximum power of 9 bhp and a maximum torque of 10.4 Nm.
Hero Xtreme 200S 4V
Hero’s only full fairing motorcycle is the Extreme 200S4V. Which is going to be updated with new four-valve engine and new color scheme.
It will be powered by a 199.6 cc oil cooled 4 valve engine, producing a power and torque output of 18.9 bhp and 17.35 Nm respectively. It will be accompanied by a five-speed gear box. Incidentally this same engine is used in Hero’s other two bikes Xpulse 200 and Xpulse 200T.
Hero Karizma XMR
Sansyafa is keen to revive the iconic Karisma name. Hero’s new Karisma XMR 210 will debut with a completely modern look. The bike has already been showcased at a special event organized with the company’s dealers. It will make its official debut soon. All the information regarding its engine is still under wraps but it is believed to have liquid cooling engine, dual channel ABS and digital instrument cluster.
Hero-Harley X440
Hero has joined hands several years ago with Harley Davidson, an international bike maker. Soon the first motorcycle X440 developed by the joint efforts of these two companies is going to be launched on Indian soil. This bike will debut as an entry level roadster model. The price will be around 3 lakh rupees (ex-showroom). After the launch, the Hero-Harley X440 will compete with Royal Enfield 350, Jawa Perak and Yezdi Roadstar in the Indian market.
