Moto E40 was announced in Europe as the new budget smartphone. Motorola also revealed Moto G Pure in the U.S today as an entry-level phone. The Moto E40 is also going to debut in India on October 12. The smartphone packs a high refresh rate display, Unisoc octa-core chipset, 48MP triple rear camera system, big battery, and more.

Moto E40 features a 6.5 inches punch-hole display with a 90Hz fast refresh rate. Under the hood, the phone is powered with a Unisoc T700 octa-core chipset that comes coupled with Mali-G52 MC2 GPU. It is accompanied by 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage and it also includes a microSD card slot that can provide extra storage up to 512GB.
In terms of camera, the smartphone boasts a triple rear camera that includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. For selfies, the phone sports an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. The device is running on Android 11 with my UX skin on top.
The smartphone is packed with a 5000mah battery and supports 10W charging. For connectivity, the phone includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. In terms of Dimensions, the device measures 168.1 x 75.6 x 9.1 mm and weighs 198 grams.

Moto E40 comes in a solo configuration of 4GB + 64GB priced at 149 euro ( Rs. 12,900 approx ) and the company offered the smartphone in two color options namely Clay Pink and Charcoal Grey.
