Livewire: If you go through the road, the fire will run! Harley Davidson appeared with the Dabang electric bike

Harley-Davidson is a legendary company in the world of premium motorcycles. The US company’s electric sub-brand LiveWire has launched the S2 Del Mar e-bike in America. The “Launch Edition” of the electric bike was unveiled last year. And now the regular model has been priced at $15,499, which is roughly Rs 12.72 lakh in Indian currency. It has a huge 10.5 kWh battery pack to go a long way on a single charge.

The LiveWire S2 Del Mar has got a minimalistic design and slim profile is especially helpful for city commuting The e-bike comes with oval LED headlight, wide handlebar, cooling fin, floating type LED taillamp. Both wheels get 19-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels, Brembo disc brakes. It also has cornering ABS, drag torque slip control, and IMU-based traction control system for safety.

The LiveWire S2 Del Mar features a 43mm Showa fully adjustable cartridge type inverted front fork to balance comfort and riding engagement. At the rear is Showa’s free piston monoshock unit. It features adjustable preload and rebound damping. There is 120mm of suspension travel on both sides.

The LiveWire S2 Del Mar Electric Motorcycle is powered by a powerful motor coupled with a 10.5 kWh battery pack. Which will produce 84 HP of power and 263 Nm of torque. Top speed is 165 km per hour. Harley-Davidson’s sub-brand Liveware claims that the e-bike will provide a range of 181 km on a full charge.
