LinkedIn stories finally announced in India


LinkedIn stories feature has been announced in India. Similar to other social media platforms, LinkedIn Stories allows users to post photos and short videos up to 20 seconds that will be visible on their profiles only for 24 hours. The social networking platform has also introduced six localised stickers in India. The company has already rolled out the Stories feature in selected regions last month but now, The Linkedln stories feature is also available in India as well.


LinkedIn finally announced the support of stories features in India. The company claims that the feature is aimed to help members share their everyday professional moments with their communities in a more casual, creative, and authentic way.

How to LinkedIn stories feature?

  • Open the Linkedln App.
  • Tap on the circle with their photo on the LinkedIn app.
  • Select the photo or video (Users also have an option to select the media from phone storage).
  • Click on send.


Users also have an option to add a text or various stickers in their stories. The stories will only be visible to the user’s connections and followers.


Recently, The company has also introduced a lot of new features such as video calling integration, an improved search experience, reacting to a story or message with an emoji, and the ability to edit and delete messages. The social-networking platform has already rolled out some of the features to the selected countries and plans to make the new features available globally over the next couple of months.
