South Korean carmaker Hyundai has announced the launch of the new Venue S+ with electric sunroof. The new variant of the company's popular SUV, the Venue, has been priced at Rs 9.35 lakh (ex-showroom). It is Rs 64,000 cheaper than the Venue S(O)+ variant with electric sunroof. Nowadays the demand for cars with sunroof feature is increasing. So Hyundai has come up with four wheels that will be affordable to the buyers.
The new Hyundai Venue S+ variant is available with a five-speed manual transmission option. It has a 1.2 liter Kappa petrol engine, which produces a maximum power of 83 PS and 114 Nm of torque. Special features of the car include TFT color multi-info display, wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto connectivity, rear air conditioning vents.
Also, buyers will get an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system for entertainment. The Hyundai Venue S+ variant has also been given special attention to safety. It has six airbags, tire pressure monitoring system, electric stability control, hill-start assist control, auto headlight feature.
Although at one time in the top ten cars in terms of sales, demand for the venue has seen a decline in recent times. So Hyundai is going to bring the car in a new avatar. The updated Hyundai Venue is expected to be launched in India sometime next year. It is believed that there will be extensive changes in the interior as well as the exterior.
