Hyundai has launched Exter with dual CNG cylinder after seeing Tata. The price of the new Hyundai Xter Hi-CNG Duo starts at Rs 8,50,300. The car is available in three variants – S, SX, and Exter Night SX. Each model is powered by a 1.2 liter bi-fuel (petrol+CNG) engine. The mileage of the car is 27.1 km/kg.
Special features of Hyundai Exter CNG include Smart Electric Sunroof, 20.32cm Touchscreen Infotainment System, LED DRL, LED Taillamp, Full Automatic Temperature Control, Tire Pressure Monitoring System, Six Airbags, Electric Stability Control, Hill-Start Assist Control, etc.
The fuel efficiency of the Exter micro SUV in the CNG version is 27.1 kmpl per kg gas. This mileage is tested by Automotive Research Association of India or ARAI. The integrated electronic control unit facilitates easy switching between petrol and CNG modes.
