HP Omen 15 and HP Pavilion Gaming 16 launched With Intel and AMD Processor with Nvidia’s GeForce Super GPU options variants in India. The company has also introduced a new range of accessories for targeting gaming users in India.
HP Omen 15 specification, price, and availability
The HP Omen 15 comes features a 15.6-inch display with a new 180-degree flat hinge design for increased stability during hectic gaming sessions. In this laptop, there are choices for getting a 4K UHD resolution (3,840×2,160 pixels) AMOLED display or a full-HD resolution (1,920×1,080 pixels) display with 300Hz refresh rate and Nvidia G-Sync technology.
It is powered by up to the latest 10th-generation Intel Core i7 H-series CPU and up to AMD Ryzen 7 H-series processor. It can be paired with up to 32GB of DDR4 RAM and up to Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 Super with Max-Q Design GPU. In terms of storage, the HP Omen 15 has up to 1TB of PCIe SSD storage with support for RAID 0. The HP Omen 15 comes with a full RGB keyboard with per-key lighting. The company claimed that it will provide battery life up to 12.5 hours on a single charge.
For Cooling, HP provides an IR thermopile sensor that can optimize thermal efficiency by maintaining fan control depending on the temperature of the internals. The laptop also packs with Omen Tempest Cooling Technology along with up to 12V fan, three-sided venting, as well as five-way airflow. The base variant of HP Omen 15 price starts at Rs. 79,999 for the Intel model and at Rs. 75,999 for the AMD model. The Intel version of the laptop is already listed on HP’s Indian website and comes in two color options namely, Mica Silver and Shadow Black.
HP Pavilion Gaming 16 specification
HP Pavilion gaming comes with a 16-inch full-HD IPS display. It is powered by up to 10th generation Intel Core i7 processor and up to Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660Ti GPU. HP Pavilion Gaming 16 uses a different screen hinge design than the HP Omen 15 due to which it has slim bezels on either side of the display. The base variant of HP Pavilion Gaming 16 starts at Rs. 70,999 for the Intel model and at Rs. 59,999 for the AMD model.
HP Omen Vector mouse and HP X1000 Wireless Gaming Headset
The Omen Vector Mouse features an ergonomic lightweight design, textured rubber grips, and Omen Command Center integration. It also comes with esports grade OMEN Radar 3 sensor, it supports up to 16,000 dpi with 99% accuracy, 400 IPS, acceleration, and self-calibration for the better gaming experience. This mouse is created with Omron switches which offering a 50 million click lifespan and a snag-proof braided cable. The New HP X1000 Wireless Gaming Headset offers an enhanced experience of 20 hours. It comes with thick ear pads and a suspension headband for comfort and better noise cancellation. The headphone is equipped with a large 50 mm driver which supports 7.1 virtual surround sound.
