HONOR Pad 6 and HONOR Pad X6 has been announced dor Europe at IFA 2020. Along with these devices Honor also announced HONOR Watch GS Pro, HONOR Watch ES, HONOR MagicBook Pro 2020 Ryzen Edition, and HONOR MagicBook 14/15 2020 Ryzen Edition. The pricing and availability of all the products are not revealed by the Huawei sub-brand.
HONOR Pad 6 Specifications
The HONOR Pad 6 features a 10.1-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, 224ppi, 70% NTSC color gamut, and 80.6% screen-to-body ratio. The display panel is certified by TUV Rheinland for low blue light emission. Honor Pad 6 is powered by HiSilicon Kirin 710A SoC manufactured by SMIC (Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation). In terms of camera, Pad 6 has a 5MP rear camera and a 2MP front-facing camera.
The Pad 6 runs on Magic UI 3.1 based on Android 10 with HMS (Huawei Mobile Services). The device is equipped with a 5,100mAh battery with support for 10W charging. For connectivity, the pad includes dual-band WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, dual-speaker with HUAWEI Histen 6.1 surround sound technology, and a microSD card slot (up to 512GB). But you will miss 3.5 mm headphone Jack on this device.
However, Pad 6 will be available in two storage configurations – 3GB + 32GB and 4GB + 64GB respectively. Although it will only come in the Space Gray color option, users can opt for either WiFi-only or LTE edition.
HONOR Pad X6 Specifications
HONOR Pad X6 features a 9.7-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, 156ppi, 60% color gamut, and 75% screen-to-body ratio. Pad X6 is powered by HiSilicon Kirin 710A SoC manufactured by SMIC (Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation) same chipset we get on Pad 6.
The Pad X6 has a similar 5MP rear camera and a 2MP front-facing camera as on Pad 6. The pad X6 is backed by a 5,100mAh battery with support for 10W charging. For connectivity, it will have all the connectivity options you got on Pad 6. However, it will be only available in a single WiFi-only 3GB + 32GB variant in Neo Mint pain job.
The newly announced Honor tablets are similar to each other in most of the aspects. The only major differences between these tablets are their screen size, memory configuration, LTE support, and color. Apart from these parameters, both of the tablets feature the exact same specifications as well as features.
