Honda CB500 Hornet: You will be amazed when you see it, Honda is bringing 500 cc Hornet in the country

The past few months have seen a bit of indifference from Honda India when it comes to big bike sales in India. But this time the company is going to introduce new motorcycles to increase the craze of the buyers. Recently the Japanese company has filed a patent for the Honda CB500 Hornet model in India after the CB1000 Hornet. Hence the strong speculation that this bike will also be coming to the market to accompany the NX500 in the next few months.

The design of the Honda CB500 Hornet has been patented in India

Let it be known that the Honda CB500 Hornet is actually a medium weight street naked motorbike. The bike was showcased at EICMA 2023, the famous Milan motorcycle show in Italy. Seeing that, it was thought that Honda may launch more such motorcycles in the future. The white color makes it difficult to divert attention from the bike.

The design features of Honda CB500 Hornet include LED headlight cluster, muscular fuel tank and accompanying tank extension. But the tail section is quite slim. So there is no way to cut the number of the bike in looks. The 471 cc twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine produces 47 bhp of power at 8,000 rpm and 43 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

Braking duties are handled by 296 mm twin disc brakes at the front and 240 mm single disc brakes at the rear. It weighs 188 kg and the height of the seat from the ground is 785 mm.
