Yesterday, Harley-Davidson X440 made its debut in the world of premium motorcycles in India. It is the company’s cheapest model in the country. Which has been developed jointly with Hero MotoCorp on the soil of this country. The booking of the bike has started from 4:40 pm today, said the agency. Bookings of the bike will be taken at Rs 5,000 from all Harley Davidson showrooms and select Hero MotoCorp outlets in the country.

The X440 is offered in three trims – Denim, Vivid and S. It is priced between Rs 2.29 lakh and Rs 2.69 lakh (ex-showroom) in the Indian market. It is said that delivery of the bike will start from October this year i.e. Puja time.
The entry-level Denim variant of the HD X440 is available in Mustard paint color with spoke wheels. Again the Vivid Edition gets a dual-tone scheme – Metallic Thick Red and Metallic Dark Silver, which can be optioned on alloy wheels. Again the S trim offers denim black color tone with three dimensional branding and premium finish, machined alloy wheels, gold engine and body parts.
Incidentally, the Harley-Davidson X440 bike will be manufactured at Hero’s plant in Rajasthan. Notable features include – Bluetooth powered turn by turn navigation, 3.5 inch speedometer with TFT digital display, day and night display mode, Connect 2.0, low fuel alert, geofence alert, service booking and history and trip analysis driving score .
