Vodafone Idea, one of India's leading telecom operators, has recently launched several international postpaid roaming packs for its users. The new postpaid international roaming pack has been launched for travelers to Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Jordan as it has become quite popular among Indians, the company said.
Vodafone Idea offers a variety of roaming packs to suit the needs of every traveller. Out of which multiple options are available like 24 hours pack, 10 days pack, 14 days pack and 30 days pack. VI has confirmed that it is committed to ensuring that postpaid users stay connected with their loved ones as long as they travel.
The telco has again introduced a feature called Always-On to protect users from high international roaming charges. As a result, users do not have to suffer from additional roaming charges if they use the phone even after the expiry of the pack.
The company has made it clear that they are committed to providing convenient international roaming packs to their customers at affordable prices. And that's why they offer international roaming packs with outgoing call minutes, ample data and SMS, which will help users get the most out of their mobile while traveling. It may be noted that Vodafone Idea recently launched international postpaid roaming packs for Azerbaijan and African countries as well. In addition, users can now communicate seamlessly while traveling in 120 countries with the VI Roaming service.
How to recharge this pack?
- Postpaid users must activate international roaming service before leaving the country.
- Users can activate this service through the VI app, website or by calling VI's customer care at 199.
- Customers can activate an international roaming service from the VI app or website even when reaching another country by connecting to local WiFi.
- It takes only 30 minutes after sending the request to activate this service. And once the service is activated, users may have to switch off and on to change the network available on their phone.
- Roaming benefits will be available based on the country the user will be traveling to and depending on the postpaid or prepaid number they are using.
