Gmail Go is not only limited to Android Go edition smartphones but from now it is available for All Android users around the globe. It is the lighter version of the Gmail application that offers almost the same email experience as the full-fledged Gmail app but it lacks some of the heavy visual elements that are found on the Gmail app.
Gmail Go initially designed for those smartphones which are running on Android Go edition of the Android operating system but the company has expanded the range of the application and now it is available for All Android users.
As earlier mentioned, Gmail Go is the lighter version of an original Gmail App which means it lacks some of the features and visuals. The application does not have the support of Google Meet as the “Meet” button at the bottom of the screen is absent.
Users can simply download the Gmail Go app from the Google Play Store but keep in mind it doesn’t provide the same experience as a full-fledged app. This Application is very helpful for those users which are having issues with RAM management, this app can come in useful to free up some RAM space on your phone.
It is expected that the company may launch some more Go edition apps for every Android users soon. However, the company has not made any official statement on this. According to you, which one is better – Gmail App or Gmail Go App. Let me know your views in the comments section.
