Xiaomi is rumored to soon launch their first flip-fold or simply clamshell design foldable phone in China. Which may be called Xiaomi Mix Flip. Although the company did not say anything, now some important information regarding the battery, camera and cover display of Xiaomi Mix Flip has been leaked online.

Xiaomi Mix Flip is expected to be launched in the first half of this year. That is, there is not much time left to come to the market. The tipster claimed in a post on digital chat station Weibo (a Chinese microblogging website) that the flexible primary screen of this Xiaomi phone will be surrounded by narrow bezels. And the display cover will have two punch hole cutouts for the dual camera setup, which may include a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a telephoto lens.
Apart from this, the tipster also reported that the prototype model of the Xiaomi Mi Mix Flip has a battery capacity of 4,800 mAh/4,900 mAh. Earlier it was said that, despite the slim form factor, the phone will include a large battery. Besides, the flip phone is also claimed to support 67W wired fast charging technology.
Based on what is known so far, the model numbers for the Chinese and global variants of the Xiaomi Mix Flip are 2405CPX3DC and 2405CPX3DG respectively. It will use Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. The Xiaomi Mix Flip name was first confirmed through the IMEI database last year and it will likely compete with the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5.
