Infinix had launched a performance-focused budget range phone, the Infinix GT 10 Pro, last August. The current brand is said to be working on its successor model. Which is confirmed to be launched as Infinix GT 20 Pro. The handset has now been spotted on multiple certification sites and has appeared on the GeekBench benchmarking platform. Besides giving the go-ahead for the launch, the certification listings also revealed some of the specifications of the Infinix GT 20 Pro.
Infinix GT 20 Pro appeared on multiple certification platforms
Besides the Geekbench benchmarks, the Infinix GT20 Pro has also appeared in the TUV, EEC and WiFi databases. This phone has model number X6871 on all platforms. According to the Geekbench listing, the processor used in the Infinix GT20 Pro consists of four cores clocked at 2 GHz, three cores clocked at 3 GHz and a primary core clocked at a maximum speed of 3.10 GHz. As these data indicate, it could be the MediaTek Dimension 8200.
The benchmark database also revealed that the upcoming Infinix smartphone will have 12GB of RAM and will run on the latest Android 14 operating system. Besides, the Infinix GT20 Pro scored 1,005 and 3,311 points in Geekbench’s single-core and multi-core tests, respectively.
On the other hand, the TUV Rheinland certification confirmed that the Infinix GT 20 Pro will have a 4,900 mAh battery, which may be marketed as 5,000 mAh. Again, the GT20 Pro listing available on the brand’s official website reveals that it will be available with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
However, the WiFi and EEC certification of the Infinix GT 20 Pro did not reveal any additional information. But since the handset has received the green signal from multiple certification platforms, it can be assumed that the phone will be launched soon.
